Servito has been conceived by non-profit social cooperative Eta Beta which, backed by more than 20 years of experience, aims to restore important areas of craft making, promoting original plate lines.
Traditional Italian crafts are revisited with a contemporary twist, demonstrating that it can touch the broad audience and dialogue with haute cuisine, experimenting with multi-starred Italian and foreign chefs.
Servito exists thanks to the effort of social groups, the so-called “disadvantaged”, followed and supported by Eta Beta.
